At Link Plumbing and Gas Service, safety is built into every job. Our procedures and work practices follow current Western Australian health and safety legislation, relevant Australian Standards, and industry best practice. We regularly review and update these to ensure ongoing compliance and relevance.
All updates are communicated clearly to staff through Toolbox Meetings, digital notifications, and re-inductions when required. Every employee has mobile access to the latest safety documents, so they can reference site-specific procedures, isolation protocols, PPE guidelines, and emergency plans at any time.
Our digital job system assigns safety "badges" to each task, including the required Safe Work Method Statements and site instructions. Staff must review and acknowledge these before starting work. The system won’t allow jobs to progress until all safety steps are confirmed, ensuring compliance and traceability.
We’ve also identified likely emergency scenarios across our work and implemented clear response procedures. These are fully integrated into our systems and followed on every site. This approach keeps our team, clients, and community safe — and ensures every job is done to the highest standard.
